Service Process Description

1. Requirements Communication Phase:

We prioritize the customer's core needs to build trust. We then provide professional reference and support based on the customer's desired product features to help create high-quality products. If the customer requires design, we can arrange for a designer to provide a professional solution.

2. Prototyping and Mold Development Phase:

Prototyping is performed based on customer requirements. Some products require custom molds, at the customer's expense (refundable if subsequent order volume reaches the agreed-upon standard).

3. Contract and Production Phase:

After both parties confirm the sample drawings, a formal cooperation contract is signed and production begins upon the customer's payment of a deposit. The production cycle begins on the date the custom mold is completed.

4. Product Delivery Phase:

Product delivery cycles are in accordance with the contract agreement to ensure your project progresses as planned.
